Hiap Seng completed construction of spherical tanks for Shell as well for their storage facility. Each level of working platforms had to be constructed with proper care and coordination. With the timely completion of both the external and internal scaffolds, all the other trades such as piping works, blasting and painting and sprinkle system were able to proceed accordingly to the project schedule.
